Procurement of Greater Manchester Waste and Resource Management Services, including Waste and Resource Management Services (WRMS) and Household Waste Recycling Centre Management Services (HWRC).Scope includes 5 residual waste sites; twenty Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC); 8 Transfer Loading Stations (TLS); the Bolton Thermal Recovery Facility (TRF); the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF); and associated rail transport and supply to the Runcorn Thermal Power Station (TPS).In addition to the services, the scope will also include construction changes across a number of sites and facilities. The estimated total value of the 2 contracts over 7 years is 443 000 000 GBP. Values for each lot are provided against each lot in the relevant sections of this notice.
