the Supplier.
The Terms and Conditions of the Contract as previously agreed and amended
between the Authority and the Supplier will still apply but with the following
amendments:
- The contract value has been extended by an additional £360,000
excluding VAT and the total contract value is up to £3,443,000 excluding
VAT.
