This new model will ensure that a person centered approach is undertaken at all times using a strengths based approach. Service delivery will be split across 4 geographical locations (Lots 1- 4) with one Primary and one Secondary provider for each of the Lots
Lot (5) will be opened up on an annual basis for the first 4 years to allow any organisations to apply to become Approved Providers. The same evaluation process will be followed and conducted through YORtender starting on the first year anniversary following commencement of the contract. Should the extension option be exercised for the maximum duration, Lot 5 will be opened up for new applicants until year 6.
Kingston upon Hull City Council (the Authority) is conducting the procurement using the Light Touch Regime in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (PCR 2015) for the purpose of procuring the services described in the Specification (Services). The Authority reserves the right to enter into negotiation with tenderers in the event that insufficient tenders are received that meet the required quality.
