Hampshire County Council is seeking to procure for itself and Isle of Wight Council, a single supplier framework for an off premise Children's IT social care case management solution.

When implemented, the solution is expected to deliver multiple benefits, including, but not limited to:

— providing appropriate availability and access, Authentication and Authorisation (AAA),

— meeting statutory and Ofsted obligations,

— enabling effective engagement, participation and collaboration between all stakeholders,

— flexibly and innovative, supporting the future aims and objectives of the Authorities business processes,

— delivering effective and efficient continuous improvement to meet the ongoing growth and changes of the industry and service,

— delivering meaningful, intuitive and timely integrated data and content including: achieving a “Single view” of child, family and organisation, reporting,

— providing a knowledge management tool to share experience and knowledge across the customer facing teams.
