The areas for intervention will be based on a number of mobile action zones which are currently being identified.The purpose of this voluntary notice is to commence a market engagement exercise to explore the range of possible solutions/strategies prior to embarking on a competitive bid process to appoint contractor/s to deliver the project.Public sector investment of circa 10 000 000 GBP to 20 000 000 GBP may be available from the Welsh Government.
