The Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) footage management project seeks to improve the way in which CCTV footage recorded at London Underground stations is requested, stored and played back.The current system employed presents potential areas of risk and inefficiencies resulting from manual handling.As a result, in October 2017, the CCTV Footage Management Project was initiated to address these risks and inefficiencies. The scope is to investigate and outline a complete solution through both process and technology that would simplify and improve our handling of recorded CCTV footage.TfL therefore is looking to hold a Supplier Engagement Day to present the desired future state of CCTV Footage Management and discuss potential market solutions with interested parties.
