Tenders Electronic DailyThe NI Prison Service require the supply, installation and configuration of a prisoner portal to provide an inmate and staff self-service portal that allows us to digitally engineer current manual and resource intensive processes to achieve efficiencies. This will also enable inmates to improve/maintain their digital skills and empower them to handle their own transactions on-line e.g. placing a tuckshop order interactively which should improve the current service they receive.
