Powys Teaching Health Board are keen to engage with supplier that are able to support the delivery of Wales LPMS which will:— provide and host a web-based IT system to collect and share the data, documents and associated workflows required to manage health and care research set-up and delivery in Wales,— support integration with UK, Welsh and local systems via an open architecture allowing the transfer of data and documents,— enable quick access to the stored research study record, its component parts and associated documents,— meet national standards CDISC, ICD-10, SNOMED, HL7 and FHIR,— have the flexibility to be configured to incorporate future changes,— provide a detailed audit trail of all access and updates to records,— be device agnostic.
