Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo, is working with the Red Kite Learning Trust to establish a framework of providers for the provision of mobile learning devices, networking solutions and cloud-based VoIP telephony within the UK for the Public Sector. It is proposed that the term of this Framework Agreement will be for a period of 3 years from 16.10.2019, with the option to extend for a further period of up to 1 year at the discretion of the Central Purchasing Body and subject to satisfactory performance. The procurement will involve a single stage process following a Public Contract Regulations 2015 Open Procedure. The framework shall be open to all public sector bodies within the UK, including: Schools, Academies, Further Education and Universities, Local Authorities, Police and Emergency Services, Leisure, NHS Organisations, Health and Social Care Providers, Central Government Departments and Agencies, The Corporate Officer of the House of Lords, The Corporate Officer of the House of Commons, Ministry of Defence, Housing Associations, Registered Charities, Regeneration, Libraries and Museums.
