The solution can be from a call off for support, or a fully outsourced ICT provision.This framework will cover:— technology infrastructure analysis including IT review and health check,— planning, design and development of an IT infrastructure,— supply of ICT hardware and peripherals including computers, tablets, smartphones,— Leasing of equipment,— Installation and implementation of equipment,— Systems configuration and management,— Integration of solutions with other technologies,— onsite and remote support,— Service desk support,— monitoring and maintenance,— supply of qualified ICT staff such as onsite engineer,— programme/project management,— end user training.
