The purpose of the PIN is to initiate market engagement. It is not being used as a call for competition. The PIN is intended as an information-gathering exercise. This PIN is intended to:1) Inform the market of a potential future procurement exercise to appoint a number of digital agile delivery partners (maximum 6, minimum to be determined) to implement digital requirements for the NRS programme product pipeline. This would mean working with DfE and other appointed digital partners to design, prototype, build, and test and deliver the NRS digital pipeline of requirements to meet user needs;2) Inform suppliers that we will be hosting a market engagement event and invite suppliers to attend;3) This event will be held on 5.9.2019 from 11.00 a.m. to 15.45 in Central London.
