In support of DFID Nigeria's Business Plan (2016-2020), DFID is seeking a service provider to deliver its Support to Anti-corruption (ACORN) programme. The selected service provider will be expected to deliver 2 of the programme's outputs over the course of 5 years (2017 -2022). The programme will support Nigerian partners to reduce corruption as a result of stronger incentives not to loot government resources. ACORN is a critical part of DFID Nigeria's enhanced approach to tackling corruption, which works to ensure spaces and incentives for corruption are addressed throughout Nigeria's poverty reduction system. The programme will also complement other DFID Nigeria anti-corruption programmes aimed at reducing corruption from oil revenues; reducing corruption in service delivery by strengthening systems and deterring corruption, by greater emphasis on enforcement and punishment. It will leverage activities across HMG to deliver increased performance from lesson-learning and synergies. There are no separate lots for this for this programme as the Theory of Change hinges on the ability of the service provider to coordinate the 2 outputs to achieve success for the programme.
