Four Tees Valley Authorities, Middlesbrough Council, Stockton Borough Council, Hartlepool Borough Council and Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council wish to jointly appoint a supplier for the provision of a system that enables secure payment for parking by Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone line, mobile application or the internet. The service provider will supply information to each of the four Authorities in order to facilitate a parking enforcement operation and will provide customer support as well as various administration duties including, but not limited to; arranging refunds, reporting on financial performance and operational performance.
Middlesbrough Council is administering the tender process on behalf of the four Tees Valley Authorities.
