This Framework aims to compliment the speed of Modular/Offsite Construction by providing an equally quick, easy and compliant procurement route. All Framework suppliers will perform work as the principal contractor and are able to offer a full range of turnkey solutions including but not limited to feasibility studies, planning applications, full architectural design, enabling works, site works, landscaping and soft landings.
