ESPO is undertaking a procurement process to identify and appoint a number of suppliers to facilitate the purchase of Packaging Materials and the Supply and Collection of Pallets to supply its Grove Park facility for ESPO's own use. The framework will feature cartons, labels, and pallets as well as a host of other packaging materials. An eAuction process may be used to award subsequent call off contracts following the reopening of competition among the parties to the Framework Agreement.
